Schedule of Public Classes

Monday:

11:00 a.m. -- 12 Noon Chair Yoga at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 400 I Street, SW, in the Sanctuary. Also via Zoom Audio.


6:00 -- 7:15 p.m. Mat-based Sivananda Yoga (All Levels) at St. Mark's Yoga Center, 3rd and A Streets, SE, in the Dance Studio. Also via Zoom Audio.


            
Tuesday:

10:00 -- 11:00 a.m.Yoga in the Water (All Levels), Waterside Fitness and Swim Club, 901 6th Street, SW


Wednesday:

8:30 -- 9:30 a.m. Mat-based Hatha Yoga (All Levels). Session includes Kirtan Kriya practice found to improve memory and cognition, from 8:15 -- 8:30 a.m. Via Zoom Audio.

4:00 -- 5:15 pm Chair Yoga, includes the joint-freeing series, asanas, weights, and a 45-minute Yoga Nidra or other deep relaxation from 4:30--5:15 p.m. Via Zoom Audio


Thursday:

8:30 -- 9:30 a.m. Chair Yoga, includes the Joint-Freeing Series, Asanas, and Pranayama. Via Zoom Audio.

10:00 -- 11:00 a.m.  Yoga in the Water, (All Levels)Waterside Fitness and Swim Club, 901 6th Street, SW.


Friday:

8:30 -- 9:30 a.m. Mat-based Hatha Yoga (All Levels). Via Zoom Audio.


Sunday:

11:00 a.m. -- 12:00 Noon. Yoga in the Water  (All Levels) Waterside Fitness and Swim Club, 901 6th Street, SW

6:00 -- 7:15 pm, on the Third Sunday of every month, Yoga Nidra (Deep, Conscious Relaxation), St. Mark's Yoga Center, 3rd and A Streets, SE, in the Dance Studio. Also available via Zoom Audio.
