Yoga Nidra for Self-Healing

Yoga Nidra is the art of deep, conscious relaxation. This is a guided meditation and journey inside your physical and subtle bodies. The body is asleep but the mind is awake and an active participant in the healing process. You will be astonished at what you can do to remove blockages, restore your energy and heal yourself. Read more in Pamela's article about Yoga Nidra. No experience in Yoga or Meditation is required.

Public Yoga Nidra Sessions are conducted on the third Sunday of every month from 6:00 -- 7:15 p.m. at St. Mark's Yoga Center, 3rd and A, SE, in the Dance Studio. Also available via Zoom Audio.

Yoga Nidra or another form of deep, conscious relaxation, is also offered from 4:30 -- 5:15 p.m. as part of the Wednesday 4:00 -- 5:15 Chair Yoga class. Feel free to join just for Yoga Nidra if it suits you.

Individual and Small Group Yoga Nidra sessions are available on request.
