Yoga is the spiritual aspect of Ayurveda; Ayurveda is the healing aspect of Yoga. They are two sides of the same coin. Yoga is the science of how to attain peace of mind; Ayurveda is the science of how to create optimal health. Together, Ayurveda and Yoga provide a set of skills and the knowledge to attain these goals.

Ayurvedic treatments utilize lifestyle, herbs, diet, and sensory therapies (color therapy, aromatherapy, sound therapy, and massage therapy) as the tools to restore and maintain balance. Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy utilizes breathing practices (pranayama), postures (asana), and meditation as the tools to maintain and restore balance. A combination of the treatments used in Ayurvedic medicine and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy is perfect for anyone who wants optimal physical and emotional health. Improve your digestion, sleep, energy, and emotional state with a basic understanding of Ayurveda.  Learn about the Doshas, which explain how your mind and body are inclined to process the world around them.
(Everything in Ayurveda is based on the principle and science of the three Doshas).

Refine your yoga practice in accordance with your Dosha and your current imbalances.
